Week 21: Problem Solving
The process of recognizing a problem, selecting a plan, organizing steps of the plan, implementing the plan, and evaluating the outcome. When someone has a goal and does not know how to achieve it.
Week 20: Reflecting
Looking inwards, helps to build two components to emotional intelligence: self-awareness and self-regulation. Self-awareness gives the ability to understand emotions, strengths, weaknesses, drives, values and goals, and recognize their impact on others.
Week 19: Problem Solving
The act of defining a problem; determining the cause of the problem;identifying, prioritizing and selecting alternatives for a solution; and implementing a solution.
Week 18: Teamwork
A group of two or more people who interdependently seek to meet a common purpose, often through problem solving, in order to meet their own and their organization’s goal

Sharing thoughts and understanding another persons feelings are essential skills functioning in any society.
Week 16: Self Efficacy
Self Efficacy individual’s beliefs about their capacity to influence the events in their own lives.
Week 15: Social Engagement
Social Engagement the extent to which an individual participates in a broad range of social roles and relationships, the commitment of a member to stay in the group and interact with other members.
Week 14: Analyzing Situations
Analyzing Situations process of selecting a logical choice from the available options. When trying to make a good decision, a person must weight the positives and negatives of each option, and consider all the alternatives. For effective decision making, a person must be able to forecast the outcome of each option as well, and based on all these items, determine which option is the best for that particular situation.

Respect is a positive feeling or action shown towards someone or something considered important, or held in high esteem or regard; it conveys a sense of admiration for good or valuable qualities; and it is also the process of honoring someone by exhibiting care, concern, or consideration for their needs or feelings..
Week 12: Perspective Taking
Perspective Taking the process by which an individual viewsa situation from anther’s point-of-view. (their thoughts, feelings, desires, motivations, intentions).
Week 11: Organizational Skills
Organizational Skills the ability to use your time, energy, resources, etc. in an effective way so that you achieve the things you want to achieve: Self-discipline and Organizational Skills are crucial to success in any profession.
Week 10: Self Discipline
Self Discipline: the ability to control one’s feelings and overcome one’s weaknesses;
the ability to pursue what one thinks is right despite temptations to abandon it.
Week 9: Impulse Control
impulsivity – failure to resist a temptation, an urge,
an impulse, or the inability to not speak on a thought.
Week 8: Appreciating Diversity
It means understanding that each individual is unique, and recognizing our individual differences. These can be along the dimensions of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, age, physical abilities, religious beliefs, political beliefs, or other ideologies.

one’s abilities, qualities, and judgment.
Week 6: Recognizing Strengths
Strengths are tasks or actions that you can do well. These include talents, knowledge, and skills. People use these traits and abilities in their daily lives to complete work,
